Where are you located? Where are your products made?

Joia Paris works in close collaboration with a partner located near the port of Hamburg, the European tea trade hub. Our head office is based in Paris, this is where we design our products.

Has my order have been taken into account?

As soon as your payment is accepted, you are automatically redirected to a confirmation page. You will then receive an order confirmation email which summarizes the details of your order. If you have not received an email after ordering, check in the unwanted letters of your mailbox. If necessary, we invite you to contact our service by indicating the date, name and amount of the order.

I just ordered, how long should I wait?

We send orders to D+1 or D+2 workers. During public holidays or during sales periods, the period may be extended by our carriers, you will therefore have to wait a few more days. But rest assured, Joia Paris implements all the means to guarantee delivery within the shortest possible deadlines.

Can I exchange my product?

Once the product is opened, we cannot exchange or reimburse the product for hygiene reasons because this does not allow us to resell it. Take the time to choose your products. If you need help to decide do not hesitate to contact us.

What person do the joi products are suitable for?

Our products are suitable for all adults except people with arterial hypertensive and heart problems.

How long can we use the product once open?

On each product you have the deadline for consumed consumption. Do not hesitate to contact us, if you have a doubt.

Are the joi Paris products really sure?

Our suppliers meet all European standards. Our products are manufactured in Germany and France, countries recognized for their excellence and their know-how. It is therefore completely safe to use our product.

Are your products really effective?

You will see results after a few weeks if the socket is regular and diligent. For best results, it is important to repeat the cure for several months, the ideal being 3 months.

Is it possible to cancel or modify an order?

Once the order confirmation email has been received, you will no longer be able to modify it or cancel it. However, it will be possible to return the items after receipt against a refund. The return costs will then be your responsibility.

I have a problem with monitoring my order

It happens that the carrier takes 1 or 2 working days to record the status of your order. If after 2 working days your order number is not updated or does not simply work, please contact us by e-mail contact@joiparis.fr we can then give you more information relating to your order
